Text Box: Lately we have been receiving several phone calls regarding Internet Explorer not displaying the page. An error message indicates that “Page cannot be displayed.” This can be due to many factors, but is usually a minor problem. The first step is to shut down and reboot your computer. If that does not resolve the problem, try Step 2 by clicking Tools at the top of the screen. Click Internet Options. In the middle of the window, click Delete Files. For windows XP, place a check mark in Delete all off line content and click ok. For windows Vista, click Delete All and click ok. Shut down and reboot. If you Text Box: are still receiving an error, run Spybot and Adaware on your pc. If you do not have those programs downloaded on your pc, go to www.download.com and download them from there.
